These transfer sheets from Jacquard are specially for dark fabrics (think black or navy blue). The sheets have a white background layer to make the colors as vivid as possible against a dark background. The sheets are suitable for use on all types of fabrics, including spandex and other stretchy fabrics.
How does it work?
Create (and print) design:
– Create a design on the paper using paints, pencils, inks, etc.
– Create your design on your computer.
– Unlike light transfer paper, you do not need to print it in mirror image.
– Print the design on the white side of the transfer paper using an inkjet printer.Cutout:
– Carefully cut out the designPeel and place:
– Carefully pull the printed layer off the sheet.
– Place it on the fabric with the print facing up.Transfer with heat:
– Place the included silicone sheet or baking paper over the design.
– Press firmly over it with a hot iron (usually around 175-190 °C, 30 seconds).
– Let it cool, and done!
The print is washable, but it is best to wash this clothing inside out at up to 30 °C
