Very annoying to hear that you are not satisfied with the color result.
We do our best to show in the product images as closely as possible the color of the paint/dye you are buying. However, the color may vary from one monitor to another. Furthermore, the color result of your dyed product depends on many factors. That’s why we always recommend testing first!
We are not responsible for a different color result!
Herewith some factors to consider when using dyes (such as Rit All-Purpose dye, Rit DyeMore and Jacquard iDye):
Paint blends with the existing color(s) of the fabric.
If the garment you are dyeing is white or off-white, you should be able to achieve a corresponding color. If your garment already has a color, your only option is to color it over with a darker color.
Patterns and logos
If the garment you dye has a pattern or logo, the color you use will blend with the existing color(s) in the fabric and create new colors. Patterns and logos remain visible.
Bleaching spots and sun damage
Sun and bleach damage the fabric, making it very difficult to dye. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot guarantee that dye will cover the stains.
Temperature of the paint bath
Make sure the paint bath remains continuously warm (near the boiling point). Especially polyester dyeing requires a lot of heat to achieve a good color result.
Amount of paint
If you add less paint, the color will also lighten and vice versa.
The shorter the item is in the dye bath, the lighter the color will be.

We will do our best to help you to the best of our ability. Of course, something can always go wrong. Did something go wrong? If so, please feel free to contact us! Then we will look at a solution together.
We will try to answer your complaint as soon as possible. You will receive a response from us no later than 14 days after we receive your complaint.
Does this not lead to a solution? As of Feb. 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/odr If your complaint is not already pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it does happen occasionally that an order breaks down during transport or something else happens that allows you to make a warranty claim. Under European law, we are liable for any defect of conformity that comes to light within a period of two years after the delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover or should discover a defect in the product you should contact us within a reasonable time. A reasonable time is at least two months. Under circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable. If you contact us in a timely manner, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement.
