Brief explanation
1 Put on the gloves.
2 Fill the bottles up to the black indicated rim with water.
3 Shake the bottles well until all the powder is dissolved.
4 Squirt the paints onto the item as desired (after placing the rubber bands if you want to use them).
5 Wrap the item in plastic. Let it set for 6 to 8 hours and then rinse the item.
