We’d like to introduce ourselves.
Thank you for visiting this page. We’d like to introduce ourselves.
3DForma was founded in 2014 as an activity within our family business, Van Eck Video Services.
We were increasingly faced with the problem that original parts for old film equipment (such as 8mm and 16mm projectors) were no longer available. A great solution: 3D printing! So, we started designing and marketing new parts, ranging from gears to control knobs.
These 3D-printed parts also needed to be post-processed and painted. We tested various types of paint for this. In April 2018, we started selling the paint we use for painting the 3D-printed parts under the trade name 3DFormaDesign. We started with 16 colors of Jacquard’s iDye Poly.
Because Linda (owner) and Nicole (daughters of the owners) spend a lot of their free time pursuing creative hobbies, they felt it was a good idea to expand their product range to include several types of paint and other hobby materials. As a result, the range has grown considerably over the years.
In 2022, the range now comprises over 700 products, and this range is still growing. We work with a great team who are passionate about delivering your orders and providing advice. To make our online store even more user-friendly, we are continuously working on improving it. If you have any questions or suggestions for improvements, we are always happy to hear them!
