Panchroma™ Matte PLA filament (formerly known as PolyTerra PLA) combines a stylish matte finish with reliable print quality and high print speeds of up to 300 mm/s on modern FDM 3D printers.
Stylish Matte Finish & Rich Colors
This filament delivers a beautifully smooth, matte surface without reflections. As a result, Panchroma™ Matte PLA is ideal for prototypes, decorative prints, cosplay, interior decoration, and other models where a high-quality matte finish is desired.
Important: Panchroma™ Matte contains matting agents that make the filament slightly more abrasive than standard PLA. A standard brass nozzle is suitable for normal use. If you print large quantities of Matte filament for a long time, a hardened nozzle can extend its lifespan.
Selection Guide: Basic or Matte?

- Choose Panchroma™ Basic for: Functional parts (housings, brackets), mechanical strength, maximum print speed, and objects with sharp details thanks to the subtle sheen.
- Choose Panchroma™ Matte for: Decorative models (vases, interiors), a luxurious glare-free finish, and projects where you want to camouflage print lines to the maximum extent without post-processing.
- Choose Panchroma™ Satin for: Everyday prints, decorative models, and functional parts where you want an elegant satin finish without the reflection of standard PLA or the completely matte appearance of Matte.
